What does my order status mean?

If you checked your order status online, and are unsure of what it means, please refer to the following information:

• Pending / Your order has been received, but your payment has not yet been processed.
• Paypal Pending / Your order has been received but your Paypal payment has not yet been processed.
• Processing / Your payment has been received, and your order is in processing.  Your order will remain in this state until all items are in stock and ready to ship.
• On Hold / Your order is on hold for reasons such as missing information, or other order issues.
• Cancelled / Your order has been cancelled successfully.  If your order was cancelled in error, please contact us for assistance.
• Shipping / Your order has shipped and is waiting for a tracking number to be assigned.
• Shipped / Your order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned.  You should receive an email with your tracking information within 24-48 hours.
• Awaiting Pickup / Your order is ready to be picked up at our pickup location.
