No 1967 or 1968 Camaro engine swap or overhaul is complete without new battery cables. Worn, cracked cables can't conduct current properly. A bad battery cable increases resistance, greatly diminishing power flow to your engine's sensitive electrical components. The results can frustrating...and devastating. Reusing old battery cables is not worth the risk.
