Everything is contained within the original cap, it never requires adjustment and there's a huge improvement in ignition dwell accuracy. This conversion works with any ignition coil, but we recommend the chrome case PerTronix Flame-Thrower coil P/N EP-724 for 40,000 volts of power and a dressed-up look. Note: Once the ignition switch is turned on, it takes four seconds to charge the electronic pick-up before starting the engine.
